WRLD CLOCK
Privacy
WRLD CLOCK (wrldclock.com) is designed to work without an account and with minimal data collection: the clocks themselves run entirely in your browser. Last updated: July 23, 2026.
Clocks are computed on your device
Live clocks read your device's clock, and every city time is formatted by JavaScript on your own device using the IANA time-zone data shipped with your browser. Nothing you enter — cities, tool inputs, display preferences — is transmitted to our servers, logged, or stored by us as part of normal operation. One exception exists and it carries no personal data: pages with live clocks check your device clock's accuracy by requesting a timestamp from our own server; that request contains no typed input, and the response is a single server timestamp.
Information stored in your browser
Your selected cities and 12/24-hour preference are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not attached to a user profile, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site's local storage.
Technical hosting data
Like virtually all web hosting, serving pages involves processing standard request data — such as your IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, and timestamp — which may appear in our hosting provider's short-lived infrastructure logs used for security, abuse prevention, and operations.
Advertising (not yet active)
The site is verified for Google AdSense and may display advertising in the future to fund free tools. No advertising cookies are set unless and until ads are enabled and, where required, you have made an applicable consent choice. If ads are activated, Google and its partners may process technical data and, depending on your consent, use cookies to select and measure ads; this policy and consent controls will be updated before personalized advertising runs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data. Because WRLD CLOCK holds no user-entered data, most such requests will concern the hosting or advertising providers above; we will point you to the correct controller and assist where we can. You can also manage cookie and ad preferences through your browser and Google's ad settings. To ask questions about this policy, use the contact page.
